- Technical service on site 365 days a year.
- On-call duty 0-24, ready to go to the intervention within 60 minutes.
- Statutory testing and services.
- Specialist services.
- Periodical services of complete equipment.
- Regular check of functionality of systems and equipment.
- Coordination of service activities within the warranty period.
- Process support (contractual concepts).
- Technical documentation (user instructions and documents).
- Communication management (access control, alarm system).
- Optimization of technical systems and equipment.
- Inspection of the facility and associated systems/equipment, which includes the handling and adjustment of the system, continuous check of system functionality.
- Coordination and follow-up on repairs, if the system/equipment is not fully functional.
- Organization, coordination and supervision of the performance of works of engaged third parties.
- Managing internal documents and reports: daily inspection, shift transfer, daily and monthly reports, inventory of infrastructure and equipment deficiencies.
