Public Call for Energy Renovation of Family Houses – Fund Provides 120 Million Euros

The Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund, in cooperation with the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction, and State Property, as well as the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, has announced the public call EnU-1/24 for the energy renovation of family houses. Through this program, the Fund allocates a total of 120 million euros in non-repayable funds for direct co-financing of energy renovations of existing family homes.

Applications for co-financing are exclusively done electronically, using the NIAS system with high-security standards. In addition to the homeowner, another person can apply for co-financing with the appropriate power of attorney.

The Fund has started processing received applications, and due to the high number of requests, it is expected that this processing will take several months. Applications will be processed in the order they were received, and applicants whose requests meet all the conditions of the public call and for whom funds are available will receive a decision and a contract for direct co-financing.

“Applicants whose applications do not meet the conditions of the public call will receive a written notice from the Fund containing an explanation of the reasons for rejection,” the announcement emphasizes.

After processing all received applications and determining the total allocated funds, the possibility of reopening the public call will be considered. More information on this will be available in the coming months after processing all received applications.

For any additional information, applicants can contact the phone numbers 01/6459-747 and 01/6448-453 or via email at energetska.obnova2024@fzoeu.hr.
